    These Polaroid Film Subscription Terms & Conditions are currently only applicable to our US & Canada customers.

    1. General

    By subscribing to the Polaroid Film Subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which apply in addition to Polaroid’s Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy. The Subscription is offered by Polaroid International B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under Dutch law, with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (Polaroid, we or our).

    2. What is the Polaroid Film Subscription?

    The Polaroid Film Subscription is an easy way to ensure you never run out of Polaroid film. It’s a recurring delivery service for Polaroid Film that you set up during checkout. You choose the frequency of delivery (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks). You can skip a delivery, or cancel your Subscription at any time, without notice or reason.

    3. What is the benefit of the Polaroid Film Subscription?

    By setting up the Polaroid Film Subscription, you ensure that you never run out of Polaroid Film, and you’ll receive the following benefits:

    • Arrowfree shipping on all subscribtion orders
    • Arrowa 5% discount on every subscription order from the second shipment onwards.

    4. What type of film products are eligible for subscription?

    Only selected i-Type Film Bundles and Polaroid Go Film Bundles marked as Available for Subscription on our product page at https://www.polaroid.com/en_us/film/film-subscription are eligible.

    5. How do I manage my Polaroid Film Subscription?

    You can manage your Subscription at any time via your account. Just log into your Polaroid account at Polaroid.com or contact Polaroid Customer Service at service@polaroid.com . This includes skipping or cancelling orders.

    6. Can I pause my Subscription?

    You can skip an order at any time. This option allows you to cancel your upcoming order while maintaining your Subscription for future orders. Log into your Polaroid account or contact Polaroid Customer Service at service@polaroid.com to skip an occurrence. 

    7. How will I know when my order will ship?

    You will receive a notification email three (3) days before your order ships. Should you want to skip the order or cancel your Subscription before your next shipment, you can do so until you receive the confirmation email indicating your order has been placed. Log into your Polaroid account at Polaroid.com or contact the Polaroid Customer Service at service@polaroid.com to manage your Subscription.

    8. Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?

    Once your order has shipped, we are not able to cancel it. Yet, once you have received the order, you can return the order in accordance with the Terms of Purchase

    9. How can I pay for the Polaroid Film Subscription?

    By enrolling in the Polaroid Film Subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency you selected, until you cancel your Subscription. You will be charged the price applicable at the time of each shipment, using payment method. Similar to other orders you place on Polaroid.com, you can pay for your orders with your credit card or other accepted payments. The payment method you choose for your first order will be used to automatically process the next orders.

    10. What if my payment fails?

    If the payment fails on the due date, we will try to confirm payment daily for a period of 14 days. After 14 failed payments, we will cancel your Subscription.

    11. Can Polaroid change the price of my Subscription item?

    Yes, the prices of items in your Subscription may change. If Polaroid increases or decreases the prices of film or film bundles, the updated prices will automatically apply to your future Subscription orders.

    12. What happens if an item is out of stock?

    If your Polaroid Film Subscription items are out of stock, we will notify you by email. The order will be withheld and retried as soon as all items are available again. Please remember that you can always cancel your Polaroid Film Subscription, or skip your next order.

    13. Do I have to pay shipping?

    We do not charge a shipping fee for your Polaroid Film Subscription orders. 

    14. Can everyone subscribe for the Polaroid Film Subscription?

    You can subscribe for the Polaroid Film Subscription when you’re 18 years or older.

    The Polaroid Film Subscription is currently only availablefor customers that have a delivery address in the United States or Canada.

    15. Can Polaroid change these Polaroid Film Subscription Terms & Conditions?

    We can modify the Polaroid Film Subscription Terms & Conditions at our own discretion, but we will notify you of any material changes in advance and remind you of the option to cancel your Subscription at any time.
