These terms and conditions apply to the Polaroid x Pokémon Darkslide Promotion by Polaroid. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. Who is running this promotion?

This promotion is organised by Polaroid International B.V., with its registered office at Danzigerkade 16C, 1013 AP, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We will refer to Polaroid International B.V. as “Polaroid”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms.

2. Promotion period

The promotion starts on September 28, 2026 and ends on January 31, 2027 at 23:59 CET.

Only Pokémon darkslides uploaded during the promotion period will count towards this promotion. Uploads received before or after the promotion period will not qualify.

3. Who can take part?

You can take part if:

you are a registered Polaroid member;

you are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from your parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law;

you are located in a country where this promotion is made available by Polaroid; and

you comply with these terms.

This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Polaroid reserves the right to exclude any country, territory or jurisdiction from participation where legal, regulatory, tax, operational or compliance requirements make participation impractical or unlawful.

Employees, contractors and representatives of Polaroid, its group companies, agencies and partners involved in this promotion may not participate.

4. How to take part

To take part, you need to upload 5 Pokémon darkslides in the Polaroid membership portal through the Polaroid App.

You do not need to upload 5 different darkslides. Duplicate Pokémon darkslides also count. This means that any combination of 5 Pokémon darkslides can qualify, as long as the uploads meet these terms.

There is no random draw, judging process or chance element. Every eligible participant who validly uploads 5 Pokémon darkslides during the promotion period will receive the reward, subject to these terms.

5. The reward

If you validly upload 5 Pokémon darkslides, you will receive a confirmation email explaining how to redeem your reward. Your reward is one (1) free Polaroid film pack, applied automatically at checkout as described below:

one (1) Polaroid Color i-Type Film Pack; or

one (1) Polaroid Go Color Film Double Pack,

To redeem your reward, sign in to the same Polaroid account that you used to upload the darkslides and add one of the eligible five-pack products listed below to your bag on www.polaroid.com. The promotional discount code will be applied automatically at checkout, and the free film pack will be added to your order and marked as free. If you purchase an eligible i-Type or 600 five-pack product, you will receive one (1) free Polaroid Color i-Type Film Pack. If you purchase an eligible Polaroid Go five-pack product, you will receive one (1) free Polaroid Go Color Film Double Pack. If your order qualifies for both rewards, the system will automatically select which free film pack you receive.

Different eligible film products may not be combined to meet the purchase requirement.

For the avoidance of doubt, all special edition film products (including Polaroid x Pokémon film) are excluded from this promotion and do not qualify as eligible film packs unless expressly listed above.

The free film pack selected as the reward does not count towards the purchase requirement of five (5) eligible film packs. Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, import charges and any other additional costs are not included, unless Polaroid states otherwise.

The promotional discount code:

can only be used once;

is linked to your qualifying Polaroid account and can only be used when you are signed in to that account;

cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit;

cannot be transferred, sold or resold;

cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders;

cannot be combined with other discount codes, vouchers, promotions or offers;

is subject to product availability; and

may be subject to additional checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.

6. One reward per person

Each participant may receive one (1) free film pack only during the promotion.

To keep the promotion fair, Polaroid may take reasonable steps to check whether the same person is trying to claim or redeem multiple rewards. For example, we may check whether multiple claims or redemptions are linked to the same email address.

If we reasonably believe that someone is trying to claim or redeem more than one reward, or is otherwise trying to misuse the promotion, we may refuse the claim, cancel the reward, cancel the order, or take any other reasonable action we consider appropriate.

7. When and how you will receive the reward

If your upload qualifies, we will send a confirmation email to the email address linked to your Polaroid membership account. The email will explain how to redeem your reward: sign in to the same account used to upload the darkslides and add one of the eligible five-pack products to your bag. The promotional discount code and free film pack will then be applied automatically at checkout.

We aim to send the confirmation email with redemption instructions within three (3) business days after your qualifying upload has been verified. Delivery times may vary due to technical checks, fraud prevention checks or other operational reasons.

You are responsible for making sure that the email address linked to your Polaroid account is correct and active. Polaroid is not responsible if you do not receive the email because your email address is incorrect, inactive, blocked, full, or because the email is filtered as spam.

8. Expiry date of the reward

The reward must be redeemed within one (1) month after the confirmation email is sent to you. The promotional discount code will be applied automatically when you follow the redemption instructions and check out while signed in to your qualifying Polaroid account.

After the expiry date, the promotional discount code will automatically stop working and the free film pack will no longer be available. Expired rewards will not be replaced or extended, unless Polaroid decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

9. Returns, cancellations and misuse

If you return, cancel or charge back an order in which you used the promotional discount code, Polaroid may cancel the benefit, deduct the value of the free film pack from any refund, or take other reasonable steps to prevent misuse.

If we reasonably believe that a participant has acted fraudulently, used automated systems, provided false information, manipulated the upload process, breached these terms, or otherwise acted in a way that is unfair to other participants or harmful to Polaroid, we may exclude that participant from the promotion.

10. Availability

The promotion and the reward are subject to availability. If an eligible film pack is out of stock, Polaroid may offer an alternative eligible film pack of similar value, or take another reasonable step to fulfil the reward.

Polaroid may exclude certain products, bundles, limited editions, subscriptions, gift cards, taxes, shipping costs or other charges from the promotion. Any exclusions will be shown in the promotional communication or at checkout.

11. Technical issues

Polaroid is not responsible for uploads, emails, claims or redemptions that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received due to technical issues, network issues, device issues, account access issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If the promotion cannot run as planned due to technical problems, fraud, misuse, legal restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, Polaroid may suspend, change or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.

12. Privacy

To run this promotion, we process personal data such as your Polaroid account details, email address, uploaded darkslide information, reward status, redemption information and information needed to prevent misuse.

We use this information to administer the promotion, send you the reward, process your redemption, provide customer support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications, we will not use your participation in this promotion to send you marketing emails.

13. Changes to these terms

Polaroid may update these terms if this is reasonably necessary, for example to clarify the promotion, correct an error, prevent misuse, comply with applicable law or address technical issues.

Any changes will not materially disadvantage participants who have already validly qualified for a reward, unless the change is required by law or necessary to prevent fraud or misuse.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Polaroid’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polaroid is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion, except where caused by Polaroid’s intent, gross negligence or breach of a legal obligation that cannot be excluded.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these terms affects those mandatory consumer rights.

Any disputes relating to this promotion will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another country.
