Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Polaroid.

While using the Newsroom, you are solely responsible for your conduct and you represent, warrant and agree to:

• not to intentionally interfere with or damage, impair or disable the operation of the website or any user’s enjoyment of it, by any means, including but not limited to uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, worms, spyware, adware or other malicious code;
