Polaroid Premium 3D Glasses demoed with Television Displays for the First Time to Showcase in-the-Home Experience
LAS VEGAS - Jan. 5, 2011 - Polaroid Eyewear, a division of StyleMark AG and world leader in optics and lens technology, today began first-ever demonstrations of its 3D eyewear line with television displays at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
Originally launched in July 2010, Polaroid Eyewear distributed its RealD-certified Polaroid Premium 3D Eyewear line to movie theaters and cinemas, opticians and other retail channels through its global network of subsidiaries and distributors. The premier demonstrations of 3D in the home at CES will provide attendees the experience of using the Polaroid line of 3D glasses with TV displays that feature passive" or "circular polarized" 3D technology.
