Job description

Polaroid is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our Global Team. The eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for all eCommerce day-to-day operations to deliver best-in-class consumer experience and journey on our websites.

To do so, you will be working hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders, with a customer-centric and mobile-first approach, enabling you to deliver, implement and optimize a detailed eCommerce animation roadmap. As such, you will highly contribute in delivering DTC business objectives.

Taking care of the brand image expression will be part of your daily mission too.

Objectives of the role

• Own the websites’ animation plan including onsite customer journey mapping, site merchandising, and campaigns set up
• Responsible forcoordinating with other channels into deliver an aligned 360 customer journey, including making sure all deliverables and execution are done according to plan and standards
• Responsible for partnering and coordinating with Marketing Operations & Studio teams to ensure campaigns assets needs, delivery & implementation
• Responsible for following up with the planning team on stock availability,adjust the animation plan accordingly and informing the eCommerce Manager and the media team
• Lead and execute internal search strategy and weekly optimization and reportings
• Accountable for websites QAs to ensure a great smoothless online experience
• Working closely with the Product Owner on ticket backlog and help in the prioritization
• Working closely with the Customer Service team (returns, issues, feedbacks, …) to provide onsite improvement & debugging
• Partnering with Logistics team on picking / packing and delivery delays & optimisations
• Assist the eCommerce Manager on data reportings on content and business performances
• Support the eCommerce Manager on projects follow ups and presentations
• Provide improvements suggestionsof the onsite journey and overall customer journey, and implement it if approved
• Benchmarking (eCommerce / digital / tech market / photo / lifestyle) to always deliver ideas to optimize experience / best-in-class

What you bring

• Entry level minimum of 1 year experience
• First experience with an online eCommerce platform, CMS and Analytic (Google Analytics) tools is required
• Experience with Shopify, Sanity, ticketing system (JIRA/Clickup) and/or Algolia is a plus
• Empathy and customer driven with a high business / retail sensitivity
• Highly collaborative with many stakeholders
• Appreciation for quality, you get very enthusiastic about certain products and can articulate why they’re incredible
• A good business vs brand balance mindset
• Detailed oriented
• Solution and data driven with an analytical mindset
• Fluent in English

What to expect

This is a full-time job-based in Amsterdam HQ and is available as soon as possible. You will be reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager.
