RICHMOND, Va. (May 5, 2008) -Reed Sorenson and the Target team had a strong weekend at Richmond International Raceway. Sorenson qualified for the 400-lap event in fifth and then drove a solid race to finish 12th. The second top-15 finish of the season helped Sorenson gain two positions in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) owner point standings.

BRISTOL, Tenn. (March 17, 2008)-Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates’ (CGRFS) Reed Sorenson headed to Bristol Motor Speedway on Friday, but limited practice time and a qualifying washout slowed progress toward getting the most out of the No. 41 Target Dodge Charger.

HAMPTON, Ga. (March 9, 2008)-Reed Sorenson and the No. 41 Target Dodge team were plagued by a lack of grip Sunday at Atlanta Motor Speedway in the Kobalt Tools 500. Toward the latter half of the race the team discovered a broken splitter to be the main culprit behind their loose-handling condition. The team fixed the splitter and got Sorenson back on track to finish the day in 31st place.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (March 2, 2008) - Reed Sorenson and the Target crew put forth a solid effort at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in a car that was less than optimal in the handling department. After starting 35th, Sorenson battled a loose chassis until pitting under green on lap 52 for four tires, fuel and an air pressure adjustment. Once the field cycled through, Sorenson was running in 21st, one-lap down and driving a car that had made a complete reversal.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (March 2, 2008)-Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates (CGRFS) driver Dario Franchitti got a boost of confidence at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a career best finish of sixth in the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race on Saturday, and followed that up Sunday in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race with a 33rd place result – taking him to the top of the Raybestos Rookie of the Year standings.
