SPEEDWAY, Ind. (May 25, 2008) - Scott Dixon concluded a successful month of May at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as the pole sitter and winner of the 92nd running of the Indianapolis 500 in the No.9 Target Chip Ganassi Racing (TCGR) Honda Dallara. Leading the most laps of the race (115), Dixon remained in the top-five throughout the entire 200-lap event.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (May 10, 2008)-Target Chip Ganassi Racing teammates Scott Dixon and Dan Wheldon survived the drama of Pole Day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and qualified 1-2, respectively, for the 92nd Running of the Indianapolis 500.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (April 27, 2008)-Target Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon started from pole position and dominated Sunday’s Road Runner Turbo Indy 300, but an untimely caution relegated him to a third place finish. Teammate Dan Wheldon picked up the slack to record Target’s second win of the season through four rounds, becoming the first repeat winner at Kansas Speedway in the process.

MOTEGI, Japan. (April 21, 2008)-After rain washed out the scheduled start of the Indy Japan 300, Target Chip Ganassi Racing’s Scott Dixon led twice for a race-high 101 laps but had to pit from the lead on lap 195 of 200 and finished third at Twin Ring Motegi. Target teammate Dan Wheldon assumed the lead on lap 195 after Dixon pit but had to make his final stop just a lap later to come home fourth. Both Target cars were strong over the course of the race which was slowed four times for 29 laps, but fuel mileage gambles ultimately disrupted the flow of the 300-mile event.

(January 21, 2008)-Polaroid shared the spotlight with a racing giant in North Carolina, as Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates unveiled its full driver lineup at NASCAR’s Lowe’s Motor Speedway Media Tour. Team Owners Chip Ganassi and Felix Sabates greeted the media with team management and crew chiefs spanning their Concord and Indianapolis-based shops to display an international lineup representing six countries, 12 series championships, 136 wins, three Indy 500 championships and five Rolex 24 wins.
