Make sure your MP3 Player is connected to your computer.  Select the file(s) you want to transfer, then “copy-and-paste” or “drag-and-drop” the file(s) to your MP3 Player’s hard drive (the drive will usually be listed as “MP3” when connected to your computer). Be sure to check the section titled “Transferring Media Files” in your MP3 Player’s user guide to see if the files need to be placed in folders or not.  If you have Windows Media Player installed on your computer then you can use its media management functions (“sync”) to transfer your files.
